How to print a Document
By Ethan Moore
This is my video for e9. We got assigned groups to work on this activity to help us learn how to work in a group with editing, pictures and video. We started out good at the beginning with us doing the pictures. But before that we worked on our storyboard and the script. We first got our roles for our project. I was the cameraman and Blake was the video taking camera man. Audrey was the actress and Annabelle was the editor for the pictures and making sure we got the right ones. I learned that the cameraman has a hard job that the picture can't be mediocre that it has to be well thought out and is a very important process. While these roles were all assigned to us, it still felt like every one was doing every role in the end, but in a good way. We decided to go to the library to work on our pictures and the video taking, it wasn't just one person who decided everything. We all were involved in this process. We then created our own presentation for each person and the same goes for the video, we had to edit, put music in and make sure it is under or equal to thirty seconds.
I used all the five guarantees, Technical skills was involved with making sure we were at the right angle for every shot. Communication and collaboration was involved with us not making one person doing everything but every person having a role. Project management is involved with me taking ownership of my work and making sure to get my work done. Leadership is involved with me telling people to get back to work when we were getting distracted.
I don't think I would do anything different because my project ended up looking great and I finished it. I think I would do everything the same because it involves with my past statement with me not wanting to change anything because everything turned out great. Some experiences I will draw from this project to impact my next project is that every person needs a role to complete a problem or just an everyday problem. Overall, I would want to do this project again because this was a really fun and not super challenging project.
